Why Pie Therapy Works!

Pie Therapy is a form of therapy in which pie dough is created from scratch. Once the dough is made, it is rolled out, which is a very calming movement.

Repetitive movements like rolling and kneading pie dough are very effective in relieving stress because they shift the focus of the mind towards the movement, rather than the stressor.
